As of tomorrow, I will have 1 year left as a missionary here in Portland Oregon. 

Had a pretty good week of finding this last week, English class is pretty awesome here. Lots of people show up and its a pretty good structure and its just a good experience.

Had an ok DC since there was a driving training, but then ate some mexican food as well. Zone council on wednesday was pretty good as well, also got some McDonald's and I ate 37 chicken nuggets and a large fries and almost died. But im still alive. 

Had a training from Sister Botchway on Thursday and interviews with President as well that were fuego.  Lots of tracting as well these days trying to find. Noche de Fútbol is really awesome here as well and I am continually improving so one day ill be a pro.

We finally got to know some members at church this week and has some good classes. Fasted as well and survived with good bloodsugar all day, and ate some burgers with some members later. 

This morning both me and my dad were simultaneously both making pancakes this morning for breakfast which as pretty funny. Then played lots of pickleball, and got to drive some brand New 2024 Toyota rav4s w/out tiwis from the dealership to the mission office like 15 minutes away. It was awesome and then ate chick fil a.

Pretty cool, lots of miracles this week and lots of help from God to survive and thrive. Only better things to come and more blessings to follow. Asta luego

Im So Dead, But God Is Good

Hola Had a doc appt that we were a lil late to but it was still fine, then spent almost 2 hours in traffic and then had a mission wide zoom call that was good. Then the next day spent 4+ hours at a Firestone to get the tires on our car fixed, but did leave and get lunch at a Hawaiian restaurant that was really good. And some random peeps there paid for us which was cool. Also had dinner with the Constans which was fun later that day (Wednesday)         On Monday, April 1st, an elder thought it would be funny to shove flowers in my face to smell them at chick fil a, and then I kept sneezing all day and for the rest of the week. But each day something added on. First day after that my nose was runny, second my throat, then on Thursday I developed a fever at the end of the day. 4th Of Julio

Hola a todos.  This was a long week cuz of the 4th of July they moved our pday to today so we went 1.5 weeks inbetween pdays but it has finally arrived.  We were told about this guy who was stranded on the side of the road right at the edge of our area and hadn't eaten for 2 days. We didn't know what to really do, so eventually ended up talking with him and brought him some KFC and then went back each day while he waited for a part to fix his car and brought food so he wouldnt be hungry. It was pretty cool getting to know him and to be able to help too. Went to a cultural activity for the community in Canby where we live and got some free lunch (carne asada) and it was good and talked to lots of Hispanics too. Time Is So Weird But Probably Like The 3rd Week Here In Portland

  More buñuelos from our amazing friends we taught and they are just so great and I'm hoping we can get them to church and then into the water next. Also went bowling which is kinda a weekly pday tradition now and I was doing really good. Sadly we ran out of time and couldn't finish the second game, but it was so fun.      The Alameda ward here is really weird. They are all old. No youth except for one deacon and the Spanish group of the ward is like 8-10 people which sucks. But it is what it is and there's a lot of work to do.    Cleaned the church saturday and there was literally 5 of us total pero esa limpieza era bueno porque después comemos Rosca de Reyes which was so good with some fire Hot chocolate.     I'm getting pretty decent at basketball since we play literally everyday except Sundays for our workouts among other things.      I just finished the BofM yesterday which I started at the beginning of at home MTC.
